Our Story

We firmly believe that you need to have gone through with something in order to shout about it. so this is our story!

For some years we thought an overseas property would be a good investment, we had options in Florida but something was not quite right with this idea - its a 9 hour flight and not cheap at that!

So we trawled the internet for Spanish properties for sale, but were concerned about the reports we read ‘unscrupulous agents’ and ‘Illegal Properties’, we have all seen the tv programmes painting a dismal picture about life in Spain - so how come so many of us are doing it? we think its because the bad reports although in the minority are very newsworthy. No one seems to want to know the thousands upon thousands of success stories.

However, with careful planning and following sensible advice it can be such a simple and easy process buying in Spain. We visited Costa Blanca in the May, bought 2 properties by June and now we spend our time flying between Murcia and Norfolk helping others achieve the same.
