Our inspection trips are for four days/three nights.
It
is quite a hectic schedule, but we do try to make the trips as enjoyable
as possible, not only viewing properties
in Spain For Sale but also seeing the sights, so you can get
a really good feel about this beautiful area of Spain.
Your Itinerary would be -
Day 1
After your 2 hour flight, we will pick you up from the Airport and take you to your Accomodation to freshen up. Depending on the time you land, we may have time to view some properties that evening.
Day 2
We will collect you around 9.30am and take you to view properties meeting your pre-agreed buying criteria, usually until around 2pm. after a relaxing lunch break we will continue viewing properties. then, back to your hotel around 6pm.
Day 3
The day starts again at 9.30 am with more properties to see unless you have already made your choice. Next we will take the holding contract (and of course your 3000 Euro holding deposit) to your legal advisor. if you do not have one in place we can suggest one. Sometime later you will need to open a Bank Account.
After lunch you can relax and enjoy the sights, the beaches, local towns and markets.
Day 4
Your last chance to turn your dream into reality before we take you for a farewell meal and then off to the Airport.
